Whenever a new order is received by You, we strongly recommend you to do a full unboxing right from the outermost cover till the received product is inspected as a single uncut video. In such cases of an uncut video with clear witness, we offer free replacement options post observation of the video proof. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. A single uncut video of the unboxing is important to initiate a claim.Â

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

- The Goods are in the original packaging
- The following Goods cannot be returned:

Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the respective address mentioned in our Contact section of the website.
We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Gifts
If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, Subjected to our sole discretion, Youâll receive a gift credit for the value of your return whenever applicable. Once the returned product is received, a gift coupon certificate will be mailed to You, if applicable.
If the Goods werenât marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver, whenever applicable which is subjected to our sole discretion.
